COMMUNITY PET PANTRY

ESTABLISHED DECEMBER 2020

Laredo Animal Protective Society (LAPS) and Best Friends For Life (BFFL) have partnered to offer free dog and cat food to those in need. This was a small scale service we provided before, but when the pandemic hit, we realized there was a much bigger need.

Fill out the application below and then stop by during operating hours to pick up food.

HOW CAN I HELP?

DONATE
Any brand of food not used for our shelter pets is used to fill the pet pantry.

We accept donations every day of the week from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

VOLUNTEER
Since the Community Pet Pantry is open every day, we need help to keep it stocked. You can volunteer to fill/label bags, mark off bar codes, organize, and take inventory.

IMPACT

Since opening in 2020, our Community Pet Pantry has provided hundreds of pounds of pet food to residents in need.
