SPAY/NEUTER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

We are able to assist in lowering the cost of spay and neuter surgeries for
​Laredo resident pets.

SNAP Certificates

  • Help lower the cost of spay/neuter surgery.
  • Must be originals. Can not be emailed, mailed, or sent by fax.
  • Available for Webb County/Laredo residents.
  • Issued on a first come first serve basis while funds are available
  • A limit of two per household

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

There is a $5 processing fee to be paid when picking up your Spay/Neuter Certificate.
The following information is required in order to issue out a certificate:
Voucher must be picked up before the appointment.

Voucher must be picked up the same month as the appointment.
Your pet's rabies vaccine must be current.

It must have  been administered by a veterinarian in the United States.

​Microchips available at our
shelter for $20 
Fill out the Application below and stop by during office hours to pick up your certificate. Please be sure to bring all items mentioned under "Eligibility Requirements"
